Cook macaroni on stovetop following directions on box. Drain well. Grease bottom and sides of 3 1/2 to 5 qt. crock-pot. (I find that a sprayable oil works well for this.)
Pour cooked macaroni in crock-pot with vegetable oil and then add all remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Tasting the macaroni after 3 hours is the easiest way to determine how much longer to cook it.
