Red Sauce: To make sauce, boil about 8 peppers and garlic clove until tender. Remove peppers and garlic from pan. Remove stems.
Use some of the water for sauce so it won't be too dry. Place peppers and garlic in blender to puree.
Heat oil in a large skillet pan. Cut corn tortillas into squares or just tare with hands.
Place in pan until golden crisp.
Add Red Sauce and mix well. Add cheese until melted.
