Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 medium potatoes
Tony's Cajun seasoning
1 lb Polish sausage
2 cups Country Crock Butter

Preheat oven to 360°F. Spray bottom of 8x11 glass baking dish. Peel and slice potatoes as if to fry. Place sliced potatoes in bowl. Sprinkle Tony’s Cajun seasoning all over potatoes; make sure to put all through potatoes. Set aside.

Slice Polish sausage in thin to medium slices. Place polish sausage in bottom of glass baking dish in an even layer. Then place potatoes over sausage. Do not mix together. Put tablespoons of butter on top of potatoes in sections. Cover with foil.

Place in oven, and cook for about 1 hour, or until potatoes are soft and well done. Serve and enjoy.
