Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb ground beef
6 russet potatoes
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can tomato soup
Grated cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef using your desired seasonings, drain and return to pan. Prepare potatoes for mashing.

Add corn and tomato soup to the ground beef and stir to mix well. Place mixture into a casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes. Add grated cheese and return to oven until melted.
