Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef
1 med onion, shredded
1 med carrot, shredded
1 med potato, peeled & shredded
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 can milk
French's French fried onion rings (canned)

In a large bowl, add first 4 ingredients. Mix together well. Form into hamburger patties. Fry in skillet with minimal oil or cooking spray until browned on both sides. Transfer into 13x9 Pyrex dish.

In separate bowl, add soup and milk. Whisk until smooth. Pour over hamburgers in Pyrex dish. Cover with onion rings.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
