Prepare and mix together chicken broth, olive oil, meat tenderizer, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning and stir until everything is well blended together in a 6 by 9 oven safe bowl.
Put chicken breasts into bowl and place in refrigerator and let them set overnight until next day when you are ready to cook them the next day.
When ready to cook them, preheat oven up to 375 degrees F and cook them for 1 hour.
