1 container (8 ounce) sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 brick white sharp cheddar cheese

Cook, peel potatoes after they have cooled, and chop into squares. Mix together sour cream and mushroom soup. Grate cheese.

Layer potatoes, sour cream mixture and cheese in casserole making cheese the topping.
