1 bar (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 package Oreo Cookies
2-3 lb milk chocolate wafers
1/2 lb white chocolate wafers

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Crush package of Oreo Cookies (use a rolling pin or food processor). Mix together the cream cheese and Oreo Cookies until well blended.

Scoop mixture into balls onto baking sheets lined with wax paper. (I used a good grips mini scooper - could use a melon scooper as well). Refrigerate 20 minutes so that the balls firm up before the next process.

Melt the chocolate wafers - Put milk chocolate wafers in microwave safe container. Cook them 1 minute at a time stirring after each minute. Continue the process until all the wafers are melted through (should only take 2-3 minutes total).

Roll each ball in the melted chocolate with a teaspoon and place back on the wax paper to cool. By the time you finish rolling them you will be ready to heat up the white chocolate wafers.

Heat the white chocolate wafers the same as you did with the chocolate (every minute then stir). Take a fork and sprinkle the top of each ball with the white chocolate.
