4 zucchini or yellow squash (I like the squash better)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 boxes Stove Top Stuffing Chicken Flavor (follow instructions on box)
16 oz sour cream
1 stick of butter, melted

Let's Make It
Slice the vegetables and steam in as little water as possible, reserve water. When the vegetables are halfway done, place them in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the stuffing).
Follow the directions on the stuffing box adding the proper amount of water. Mix all together. Place the mixture in a casserole dish, cover.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Uncover and let it brown for 15. It's ready to eat! Enjoy!
