Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Place bread on bottom of pan. Sprinkle cheese and ham on top of bread layer.
Beat milk and eggs together. Pour egg/milk mixture over casserole, making sure that bread layer is completely wetted. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight
In morning, mix melted butter and corn flakes on top of casserole. Bake at 325°F for one hour. Remove from oven and let sit for 20 minutes.
