4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or patties (you can also use chicken tenderloins)
1 bottle BBQ sauce
1 bottle honey mustard
1 block white sharp cheddar cheese, sliced thick

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Make sure to either grease or spray the bottom of a large casserole dish.
Place chicken into the pan. Generously coat them in the BBQ sauce. Now, take the mustard and in a zigzag motion, lightly drizzle it over the chicken. Then cover them with the slices of cheese (about three slices to a piece).
Cover with a piece of aluminum foil and bake for 45-60 minutes.
