Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl blend butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, milk and egg and blend well.
In a medium bowl sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly and add ingredients to large bowl. (Combine with a spoon.)
Add and mix individually mashed bananas and peanut butter. Fold in oats.
On a nonstick cookie sheet, drop spoonfuls so that 9-12 fit evenly. Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes.
