Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a separate bowl grate the blend of cheeses, set to the side. In a medium sized pot boil your noodles (al dente). When the noodles are done, drain and stir in the stick of butter season to taste with salt and pepper. Set to the side and let cool.
Grease a nice size baking dish. Stir in the eggs and milk. MIX WELL. Pour in half the macaroni mixture. Spread cheese along the width of the pan and stir cheese in to the mixture. Top with the remaining mixture. Spread cheese and do not mix. Top with butter.
Bake until golden on the top. You can top with a little paprika after you have finished baking for presentational effect.
