Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 - 1 & 1/2 lb. round or chuck steak bite-sized cubed
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic (in produce section)
1 each red, yellow, and green pepper cored, seeded and sliced
1 large sweet onion, pared and large chopped
1 cup molasses
2 tsp minced ginger (in produce section)
3 Tbsp lime juice
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cube of beef bouillon dissolved in 1 cup warm water
1 head , chopped or 10 oz pkg. romaine lettuce
6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg (8 oz.) Kraft Finely Shredded Cheese (any style)
16 oz tub Breakstone sour cream
1 pack (10-count) flour tortillas

Brown steak in oil and garlic. Add peppers, onion, molasses, ginger, lime juice, Worchestershire, bouillon and simmer 20 minutes.

Prepare lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream in self-serve bowls on serving area. (I use a lazy susan rotating server).

Spoon 1/2 cup of meat mixture onto each flour tortilla. Each person adds desired toppings.
