Mix together chicken, both cans of soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, and celery seed in a 2 qt. baking dish. Smooth down evenly with spoon.
Crumble crackers very fine in a separate bowl. Add margarine to crackers and mix together for crumb topping. Spread crumb topping evenly on top of chicken mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes, until sides are bubbly and top is lightly browned.
