2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
2 pkgs (8 oz each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat type works just fine also), room temperature
1 can (14 oz.) artichokes
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1 cup Miracle Whip (Light option works just fine)
1 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
1 pkg Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1 and 1/2 cups), divided

Defrost spinach and thoroughly drain. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Chop artichokes.

Mix first 6 ingredients and 1/2 package shredded parmesan cheese. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
