1-1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs (Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers or Oreo cookies without the icing)
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup milk
4 Milky Way bars (2.23 ounces each), sliced
2 package s (8 ounces each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (1/2 pint) heavy or whipping cream

Combine chocolate crumbs and butter; press into bottom and 2 inches up the sides of an 8-inch springform pan; chill.
Sprinkle gelatin over cold milk in a medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Add candy bars and continue to stir over low heat until mixture is smooth; cool slightly.
Meanwhile, (back at the ranch) beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in candy bar mixture and vanilla. Add cream and beat at high speed for 4 minutes.
Pour mixture into prepared crust. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. If desired, garnish with additional whipped cream and sliced candy bars or chocolate shavings.
