Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef
1 green bull nose pepper, chopped
1 medium size onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil or butter
2 cups elbow macaroni (par boiled)
2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can Campbell's tomato soup (mix it with 1 can of milk)

Saute ground meat with the peppers, onion, garlic and salt & pepper with olive oil or butter till red disappears in the meat.

Lightly butter medium casserole dish and start to layer with macaroni, then the meat mixture, cheese and then the soup mixture. Do this till you reach the top and cover, ending with the soup mixture.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.
