Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/4 cup cold water
1 packet Knox Unflavored Gelatin
2 cups strawberries, cleaned and sliced
3/4 cup Splenda
1 cup heavy cream
1 graham cracker pie crust shell

Let's Make It

Put 1/4 cup of cold water in saucepan. Stir over low heat until Knox Gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat.

Put strawberries, Splenda, and Knox Gelatin mixture in blender. Puree mixture. Chill for 1 hour. Place an empty large mixing bowl into the refrigerator to chill.

After 1 hour take the empty large mixing bowl out of the refrigerator and beat cream until soft peaks form. Stir in 1/4 of cream into strawberry puree. Fold in remaining cream.

Pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
