1 pkg (16-oz.) frozen chopped broccoli or broccoli cuts
8 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 sleeve round buttery-type crackers (Ritz), broken or crushed

Let's Make It
Rinse broccoli with hot water in colander. No need to thaw completely. Drain. Toss together broccoli, Velveeta and cream cheese in greased 2-quart casserole.
Melt butter and toss with crushed crackers. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until top is nicely browned.
