Slice kielbasa at an angle; slices should be about an inch thick. With enough water to cover, add pinch of salt and boil on med-hi heat for 15 minutes or until kielbasa is tender. Drain meat.
Turn stove down to medium heat, transfer meat back to pan. Add entire can of pineapple and syrup. Cover pan, let simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
In small glass, or measuring glass add flour and water (2 Tbsp.). Mix until completely married. While stirring kielbasa and pineapple, slowly add flour and water mixture. Let simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot!
