Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 box Velveeta Shells and Cheese
1 lb any meat desired (I have used ham or smoked sausage)
1 bag frozen vegetables as desired
1 small bag chips (barbecue or original)

Let's Make It

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Prepare Velveeta Shells and Cheese as directed on box, only do not add cheese when draining noodles.

Place in a glass baking dish. Add meat and vegetables. Stir in cheese. Crush chips over top.

Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until top crisps a golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
