1 front shoulder venison, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 stalk celery
1/2 lb carrots, sliced
med 3 to 4 potatoes, cubed (1 in. squares)
1 clove of garlic, or 2 wild leeks (wild onion)
Salt & pepper to taste

Add all ingredients together in slow cooker.

Set on low for 8 to 10 hours, depending on the size and age of the deer. Check every couple hours, if possible, if at home. Make sure water level (broth) stays above meat and veggies to make everything nice and tender. Otherwise, add about two inches of water over meat and veggies.
