1. Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to the box directions:
a. boil noodles for 10 minutes
c. mix in milk and butter and cheese packet
2. Add and mix into the macaroni and cheese the grated mozzarella cheese. This can be plain mozzarella or some brands are making bags of pre-grated mozzarella with sun dried tomato, garlic, and other spices.
3. Add a dash or two of Cajun seasoning (to taste).
