First, boil water in large saucepan. Cut the onions and garlic and put in in the boiling water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Then cut the chicken and put it in the saucepan. Add the elbow macaroni and let the pasta and chicken cook for 15-30 minutes. Add the Knorr chicken bouillon.
Start cutting vegetables. When the chicken is almost ready, put the vegetables in the saucepan. Add some salt and pepper. Lastly, pour the milk. Now it's ready to eat.
