1/2 cup juice from beans
1 lb hamburger
1 Tbsp minced onion
1 can (8 oz.) Hunts tomato sauce

In a 2-quart microwavable casserole dish put rice and 1/2 cup juice from beans. Put beans on rice.
Crumble uncooked hamburger on beans. Put minced onion on top of hamburger. Top with tomato sauce. Cover.
Bake 30 minutes in microwave. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
