Cook and stir soup in a Dutch oven or very large kettle until hot.
Cut brick of Velveeta into fourths length-wise, then into chunks (like thick butter pats). Melt cheese into soup. Stir in half-and-half, add cooked noodles and chicken (removed from bone and cut or torn into bite-size pieces).
Bake at 350°F about 45 minutes or until cooked through, stirring about every 20 minutes.
