2 large or 3 medium eggplants
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1-2 large jars Prego sauce (garlic flavor or meat flavor)
1/2 cup grated Kraft Parmesan Romano Cheese
8 oz Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Peel and slice eggplants about 1/2 inch thick and place in cold water with lemon juice for about 10 minutes.

Drain and place in 13x9 bake pan sprayed with non-stick garlic oil, making layers by adding sauce, cheeses alternating and then topping with remaining sauce.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F oven about 45-60 minutes until mix starts to bubble. Remove foil and bake about 15 minutes until slightly brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.
