Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter together to form crust inside bottom of 9x12 aluminum casserole or lasagna tray. Chill for approximately 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix sugar, cream cheese and vanilla extract till smooth and creamy with a beater on low for 2-3 minutes. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Top with sliced bananas and crushed pineapples. Cover with Cool Whip.
Optional: top with maraschino cherries and drizzle chocolate syrup. Chill for another 15 minutes, cut and enjoy!
