3 lb pork roast
1 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup Kraft Miracle Whip
3 celery stalks, finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped (optional)

In a crock-pot cook the pork roast. After thoroughly cooked, allow pork to cool. De-bone the pork.

In a blender or food processor, gradually add the de-boned pork. You may need to grind and dump pork often into a large mixing bowl. Continue grinding and dumping the ground pork into the large bowl.

Then add the sweet pickle relish, KRAFT Miracle Whip, chopped celery, and optional chopped green onions. Mix well.
