Let's Make It
Place squash and onion in a small amount of salted boiling water. Cook until very soft, about 20 minutes. Drain and coarsely mash. Add egg and bread crumbs and toss to mix.
Place in a small casserole dish lightly sprayed with cooking spray, and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
