Original recipe yields 1 serving
12 eggs
1 Tbsp self rising flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp brown mustard (it's good, trust me)
1 pkg (8 oz.) ham, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Let's Make It

(1) Preheat oven 350 F degrees. Beat eggs. Add flour, pepper, & salt

(2) Have casserole dish lined with parchment paper OR spray with non stick cooking spray (generously). Put eggs in casserole dish.

(3) Bake for 30 minutes or till middle is springy.

(4) When springy, take out and spread mustard on top of baked eggs. Sprinkle chopped ham and cheese on top of eggs and mustard. Now lift one end and roll it into the other. Might be difficult and it will be hot! It’s kind of like a cinnamon roll effect. You don’t have to roll it but it looks really pretty. Then slice and enjoy!
