Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped red or green pepper
2 boxes Kraft Mac-n-Cheese
1 can Campbell’s tomato soup
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
6 slices Kraft Velveeta

Brown ground beef with onion and pepper, drain. Boil macaroni from boxes of Kraft Mac-n-Cheese, strain.

Add cheese packets from boxed macaroni to 1 cup water in medium bowl and mix with whisk. Add tomato soup, tomato sauce, oregano, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese to cheese/water mixture. Mix all this together until well blended.

Stir this mixture together with ground beef mixture and macaroni in large casserole dish. Add slices of Velveeta, cover.

Bake in 300 degrees F oven for about 45 minutes.
