Original recipe yields 1 serving
1-1.5 lb boneless chicken breasts
1 large bag fresh broccoli & cauliflower (or 1 cauliflower head)
bunches 2 or 3 broccoli tips
1 can each cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cream of broccoli or celery soup
1 tsp curry (more or less to taste)
1 package Kraft Grated Cheddar Cheese

1) Boil the chicken, and then tear into bite-size pieces. While the chicken is cooking, microwave or steam the broccoli and cauliflower. Mix the soups together with the curry.

2) Spread chicken pieces in a large casserole dish. Top with the cooked vegetables. Spread the soup mixture on top. Sprinkle desired amount of grated cheddar cheese.

3) Bake in 350 degrees F oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. The chicken and vegetables won't need cooking as they are already warm.
