Mix flour and salt then add oil and water. Mix well. Divide into 2 pieces. Roll out on floured board. Put biggest piece on bottom of glass pie plate (9").
Mix sugar and flour. Sprinkle 2-3 Tbsp. of the mixture onto pie plate. Add part of fruit. Alternate layers of mixture and fruit, ending with sugar. Put butter on top of sugar. Put top on pie. Crimp edges. Put holes in pie. Sprinkle water then sugar on pie.
Bake in microwave on high for 5 minutes, then at 425°F in oven for 12 minutes or more - until it gets brown on top.
