Preheat oven to 400°F. Chop onions and mushrooms into small pieces.
In a large bowl soften the cream cheese in the microware 30 seconds. Then combine the Kraft Cheddar Cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, 1/2 of bread crumbs and the eggs. Mix well. Then combine the mushrooms and onions.
Pour into a 9x4 round casserole dish and top with remaining bread crumbs. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil for last 5 minutes of cooking. Let cool slightly and serve. Enjoy.
