1 cup packaged biscuit mix
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp sunflower nuts (optional)
1/2 cup plain Breyers yogurt

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or grease with shortening. In a mixing bowl combine biscuit mix, whole wheat flour, and sunflower nuts, if desired. Stir in Breyers yogurt, just until mixture is moistened.

Drop dough by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
