Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown ground beef, onion, & celery. Drain meat mixture and pour in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Add cans of mushroom & chicken soups. Add cooked rice, and 1/2 of the can of crunchy Chinese noodles. Stir until the soups and rice and meat mixture are fully stirred. Pour the remaining can of crunchy Chinese noodles over top of mixture and spread evenly.
Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
