Cook both boxes of Stove Top Stuffing as directed. When cooked, spread half of the stuffing on the bottom of an ungreased 33x23x5-cm glass dish.
Cube uncooked chicken into 1 inch pieces and place on top of stuffing. Then, place frozen broccoli on top of the chicken. Spread 3/4 of the can of mushroom soup over the layers. Make sure it is well covered. After soup is on, spread the rest of the stuffing over the top.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese in the last 10 minutes of cooking. Enjoy!!
