Hot Chili

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef
2 cans pork and beans
2 cans Texas ranch style beans
1 can diced stewed tomatoes
8 oz tomato paste
3 Tbsp hot New Mexico red chili powder (add more if you like it really hot.)

Fully cook the ground beef, (if you want you can add some of the chili powder to the meat while it is cooking to add even more flavor).

Then add all ingredients to a crock-pot (or a large deep pan on a low heat setting).

Let the chili simmer for about an hour to soak up the flavor. Then serve with crackers or cornbread.
