Easy Baked Macaroni and Cheese

1 box macaroni
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/4 cup flour
1 3/4 cups milk
8 oz shredded Kraft Sharp Cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Fill large saucepot with 8 cups water. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni. Stir often. Cook for 7 minutes. Drain in a colander. Set aside.

Melt margarine in medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Add flour, stir until smooth. Add milk, return to low heat and heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for one minute. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Add salt and pepper.

Place macaroni in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir cheese sauce into macaroni.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
