2 yellow squash
1 large zucchini
1 medium onion
1 red, green or yellow pepper
1 can Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper
Yellow extra sharp cheese
1/2 stick butter

Slice squash, zucchini, onion, and peppers. Layer in a 9x13 casserole.

Pour tomatoes over vegetables. Add sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Grate cheese and put over top. Cut butter into squares and lay on top of dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
