Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Boil chicken in lightly salted water until cooked through. Drain. Whisk together cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, dressing mix, and water in a saucepan over medium heat until combined and creamy.
Arrange cooked chicken and broccoli in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Pour cream cheese mixture over.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve over noodles.
