Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 boxes Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
Onion
Celery
Mushroom
2-3 cups deboned cooked chicken
1 bag frozen broccoli or can use fresh
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk
1-2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Prepare the Stove Top Stuffing according to the directions on the box but add some onion, celery, mushrooms for better flavor.

Layer chicken in the bottom of 9x13 glass pan. Place prepared dressing on top of chicken. Place cooked broccoli on top of dressing.

Mix the cans of soup together with the 1 can of milk. Heat and then pour over the ingredients in the pan. Top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 - 45 minutes.
