Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
16 oz broccoli cuts, thawed
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Preheat oven 325°F. In skillet, brown chicken. In 9 x 13 glass pan, layer broccoli and mushrooms. Place chicken on top of broccoli. Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken.

In large bowl, combine soups, mayo, lemon juice, curry, and 1/2 the cheese. Spoon the mixture over the chicken and broccoli - make sure to completely cover the chicken. Add remaining cheese to the top.

Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked. Serve over white rice or pasta.
