1 box chopped broccoli
2 cups rice
1 cup chopped onions
2 stalk s celery
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Kraft Velveeta (as much as desired)
1 cup bread crumbs

1. Cook broccoli and rice as directed. Saute onion and celery in butter.

2. Mix all ingredients except the bread crumbs in a bowl and pour in casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs.

3. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
