1 prepared pie crust - either graham or regular, pre-bake according to package directions
cups 2 to 3 sliced fresh peaches
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
5 Tbsp cornstarch
2 small packages Jell-O Peach Gelatin

Let's Make It
Pre-bake crust. Slice peaches and set aside. Combine sugar, water and cornstarch in small pan and cook stirring until thick and clear. Remove from heat and stir in Jell-O. Let cool to room temperature.
Place peaches in prepared crust. Pour Jell-O mixture over peaches.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve with a dollop of whipped topping.
