Let's Make It
Chop potatoes into small cubes. Slice sausage into bite size pieces. Tear cabbage into bite size pieces.
Add potatoes and sausage to a slow cooker, fill the cooker with water. Potatoes take longest to cook, and cabbage cooks quicker so add it in the last hour and a half.
Let cook for 4-6 hours. That's all :-)
