Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 boneless chicken breast cut in half
1/2 bag frozen broccoli florets or 2 fresh broccoli spears
2 cups of long grain rice
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 teaspoon butter
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
1/2 bag Kraft Sharp Shredded Cheese

Clean meat, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Boil broccoli for 15 minutes and drain. Boil rice for 15 minutes and DO NOT drain starch.

While rice and broccoli is boiling, arrange chicken breast in casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place in 350 degrees F oven for 15 minutes. Once meat is done, drain excess water out of dish.

In separate bowl, add cooked broccoli and cooked rice. Mix with can of cream of mushroom soup. Then add mushrooms, butter, and a little salt/pepper. Once completely mixed add mixture to cooked boneless chicken breast (evenly distribute over top of chicken). Sprinkle generous amount of shredded cheese on top of mixture. Pop into oven and let bake until cheese has melted to your satisfaction.
