Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 cup water

1. Melt butter in small saucepan.

2. Add chopped onion and cook until clear (approx. 2 minutes).

3. Add curry powder and cook for a further minute.

4. Add soy sauce and peanut butter and stir through.

5. Slowly add water, stirring constantly. Once all water is added, simmer on low heat for a further 5 minutes, until sauce thickens.

6. Serve over crumbed chicken, steak, prawns, etc...
